Clean Watcher 用來在影片播放到設定進度時，提醒使用者整理 YouTube 稍後觀看。每次移除與復原都需要使用者明確操作。

本機處理的資料。 擴充功能在 YouTube 網頁中讀取目前影片的網址／識別碼、標題、播放位置、長度、稍後觀看選取狀態，以及操作所需的頁面狀態。這些資料只用來判斷提醒時機、顯示確認與執行使用者選擇的動作，暫存在分頁執行期間的記憶體；不由擴充功能保存成觀看紀錄或清單副本。重新整理或關閉分頁會結束該分頁的暫存狀態。

設定。 啟用狀態與提醒門檻儲存在 chrome.storage.local，不透過擴充功能同步到開發者服務。設定保留至變更、清除擴充功能資料或解除安裝。介面語言依瀏覽器語言決定。

傳輸與第三方。 本工具沒有開發者後端、廣告、分析追蹤，也不會把上述影片或清單資料傳送給開發者、販售或提供給廣告商。使用者確認變更後，擴充功能操作 YouTube 的原生網頁介面；YouTube 使用既有登入狀態處理清單更新。YouTube 自身的資料處理適用其隱私權政策。本工具不讀取密碼、登入 Cookie 或 OAuth 權杖。

控制與刪除。 使用者可以停用提醒、關閉分頁或解除安裝。解除安裝會移除擴充功能的本機設定，但不會回復先前在 YouTube 確認過的清單變更。短時間內可使用復原按鈕，或自行透過 YouTube 調整清單。

用途限制。 本工具對使用者資料的使用符合 Chrome Web Store 使用者資料政策，包括 Limited Use 限制；僅用於所述的使用者功能，不用於廣告或其他無關用途。

Clean Watcher helps users review their YouTube Watch Later list when a video reaches a chosen playback point. Removal and restoration require an explicit user action.

Local processing. The extension reads the current YouTube video URL/identifier, title, playback position, duration, Watch Later selection and page state needed for the operation. It uses them only to time the reminder, show the confirmation and carry out the user's choice. This information stays in temporary tab memory; the extension does not persist a viewing history or a copy of the playlist. Reloading or closing the tab ends that tab's temporary state.

Preferences. The enable/disable preference and reminder threshold are saved in chrome.storage.local until changed, extension data is cleared, or the extension is uninstalled. They are not synced to a developer service by this extension. The interface language follows the browser's UI language.

Transmission and third parties. There is no developer backend, advertising or analytics. The extension does not send the video or playlist data above to its developer, sell it, or share it with advertisers. Following a confirmed action, it operates YouTube's native web interface. YouTube processes playlist updates using the existing signed-in session and under its own privacy policy. The extension does not read passwords, authentication cookies or OAuth tokens.

Control and deletion. You can disable reminders, close the tab or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes extension preferences but does not reverse playlist changes already confirmed on YouTube. Use Undo during its short availability window or manage your list directly on YouTube.

Limited use. Clean Watcher's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for the described user-facing features, never for advertising or unrelated purposes.
